A few weeks ago I was corresponding with a nice fellow that mentioned I should look into the Tim Mee Battle Mountain [ REVIEW | BUY ], which is a reissue of an old largely hollow mountain facade that sits on a flat surface and has tons of flat surfaces for displaying action figures.
Above, I managed to cram most of the current Outer Space Men painted figures on there with a little room to spare. It's ideal for 3-inch scale figures, but 4-inch will fit pretty nicely too.
If you collect Glyos and Outer Space Men figures, this is basically worth the $22 or so. It is severely lacking in accessories or play features, but it really does feel like an old toy and its look matches these simpler, smaller figures quite nicely.

Review: Four Horsemen Outer Space Men Infinity Edition Orbitron Action Figure
There have been many ups and downs in this line, from the amazing first year of figures which were top-notch toys to some later releases which are, well, less toy-y. Orbitron finally got his painted modern action figure release in March of 2013, but there's a catch: the figure is all-white plastic painted in the right colors. The good news is that he looks absolutely stunning, but it does beg the question as to how the figure will look if it gets a little dinged up over time. Right now? Awesome. Later? Who knows.

Review: Four Horsemen Outer Space Men Alpha Phase Cyclops Action Figure
The tallest Glyos-compatible figure yet, Cylcops debuted in the summer of 2012 in this swell blue color. It matches similar Inferno, Alpha 7, Electron+, and Astro-Nautilus figures sold since 2010 and is part of a 3-figure, $50 set. That's a bit of an increase, but well, that's life. New tooling costs money and rising costs in China are going to make a lot of people remember the good old days when companies only charged six bucks for a figure. Towering over the other Outer Space Men, Cyclops also has the most gear with removable armor, a giant helmet, and swappable hands. This time around, the character had open hands or closed fists to carry his twin ray guns. It's an impressive specimen, although one that almost feels like it might collapse under its own weight.
